   The services outlined on this page are to help establish an electronic media network to extend ourselves by creating a global human environment.

    Today, we live mythically and in depth, but at school and in the workplace we usually encounter a situation organized by classified information. Much of the information comes as "sound bytes" that are unrelated. As McLuhan said "the medium is the message" meaning, that in terms of the electronic age, a totally new environment has been created.  Each new technology creates an environment that is often itself regarded as corrupt and degrading at first. As technologies and their consquent environments succeed each other so rapidly each one makes us aware of the next. As a consequence education must be programmed for discovery rather than instruction.

As McLuhan observed: "We have already discovered the futility of changing our goals as often as we change our technologies".

What one knows is less important than how one knows and who knows you is more important than who you know.  We hope this network will help.
